AUFGABEN:

  • Du unterstützt Deine Kunden bei der Besetzung offener Vakanzen durch Vermittlung von erfahrenen, spezialisierten Fach- und Führungskräften.
  • Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kandidaten und Kunden am Telefon, via Videogespräch und per E-Mail, gewährleistest du eine positive und professionelle Experience.
  • Du betreust den gesamten Vermittlungsprozess von A bis Z auf Kunden- und Kandidatenseite (Neukundenakquise, Vertragsverhandlungen, Kandidatensuche, Interviewtermine vereinbaren, Feedback einholen, …) – sprich, 360 Grad Recruitment
  • Du betreust von Anfang an eigenverantwortlich Deine eigenen Nischen-Kundenbasis und baust Dir stetig deine eigenen Key Accounts auf.
  • Gleichzeitig identifizierst und qualifizierst Du passende Kandidaten für Deine Kunden.


PROFIL:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
  • Du konntest eine erste Erfahrung als Recruitment Consultant sammeln
  • Hohes analytisches Verständnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (z.B. Office365, Salesforce, …) und der Bearbeitung großer Datenmengen
  • Deine hohe intrinsische Motivation, Risikobereitschaft, Unternehmungslust, Neugier, und Proaktivität sowie hervorragende People- und Softskills zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Team Player
