Partner Marketing and PR Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Create and implement a global marketing and PR strategy with the team to promote our automotive
  products and solutions to automotive OEMs, Tier 1 providers, and ecosystem partners
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of the worldwide automotive markets we serve to build detailed personas,
  drive marketing programs, and educate internal Sennheiser teams
• Develop unique, value-based product positioning and messaging frameworks that align with our target
  buyer personas using customer insights and competitive analysis
• Create content for various target vehicles such as web, e-marketing, pitch presentations, industry
  articles, press releases and more, to increase visibility of Sennheiser Mobility solutions
• Oversee marketing activations of selected OEMs including world premieres, press test drives, and social
  media partnerships
• Investigate the automotive market to describe trends and analyze competitors, using this intelligence
  to inform marketing plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, product management, digital marketing and
  campaigns, PR, and brand teams to create, align on and implement initiatives
• Setup and define processes for the use of CRM in B2B marketing
• Contribute to the Social Media Strategy for Sennheiser Mobiliy’s own channels and mobility content on
  Sennheiser brand channels
• Build realistic project plans and budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure that all milestones and
  objectives are met
• Travel to industry events required (20% of working time)

Your profile

• University degree (Bachelor's or Master's preferred) in Marketing, Communication, or relevant field and a great passion for audio experiences
• 3-5 years’ experience of working in the agency sector or as a marketing/PR expert in the automotive
  industry
• Experience in executing marketing and/or PR plans, in developing creative copy and compelling stories
  on point with given brand positioning and key messaging
• Experience in working in an agile environment and ability to plan tasks in sprints
• Excellent communication skills Fluent in English/German, Chinese language or other foreign language is a plus and the ability to work with diverse teams
• Data driven, measured and results focused with experience with MS Office, the Adobe Creative suite and Customer Relationship Management tools

This position will report to the Communication Manager of Sennheiser Mobility team located in Stuttgart Area, Germany. You work closely together with our Marketing Team at HQ and with the Mobility Development Team in Zurich/Switzerland.
