About the job:

Do you have a passion for optimizing retail experiences and driving brand success? We’re looking for a Weber Stores Manager EMEA to join our team in Ingelheim, DE. In this exciting role, you will ensure the best in-store experience for consumers while supporting our performance across EMEA. Collaborating with local teams, you’ll adapt strategies to enhance footfall, sales conversion and customer satisfaction while maintaining our global brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a vision for in-store experiences and set annual improvement goals with KPIs. Collaborate with teams to convert brand campaigns into effective retail initiatives.
  • Support local media campaigns to drive traffic. Create an annual campaign calendar to attract and convert sales in Weber Stores.
  • Develop visual merchandising and customer journey mapping to create a cohesive brand experience. Align retail toolkits with Weber’s global brand vision for activation across all touchpoints.
  • Create assets for key promotions and collaborate with teams to promote exclusive products that enhance the Weber Store value proposition.
  • Monitor store performance data and adjust strategies for improvement. Analyze category performance and customer satisfaction to identify areas for enhancement.


About you:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail marketing for a premium brand, with a track record in developing innovative in-store solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret data to drive success.
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong project management abilities.
