Marketing Services Delivery Manager (MSDM) will work alongside other Indegene marketing services, operations, data, analytics, and digital professionals.

This role works with one or more healthcare clients in delivering multi-channel marketing program

support, strategic guidance, and project management to help design, develop, and launch brand

deliverables. Client delivery and superior client service and satisfaction are paramount.


The main tasks will include the following:

  • Identifying strategic direction to address business needs and partnering with internal and
  • external stakeholders
  • Business Interaction and need assessment; understanding what questions the business is wanting to
  • answer, what information they have available, and how to address those needs
  • Business Requirements creation; assemble requirements from business owners, their agencies and partners. Use a standard Requirements document (URS or BRD)
  • Act as internal owner and project manager to ensure cross-functional business partners involved can create a delivery plan against the business requirements
  • Ensure tasks remain on track, provide updates to business teams, and mitigate risks and delays
  • Support the campaign localization and be the SPOC for country contacts. This includes understanding test scripts, doing demos, developing documentation, etc.
  • Guide Client relevant processes by liaising with key Incyte contacts to facilitate approval (Data Privacy Assessment, Cyber security)
  • Educate key business users on information systems



Additional Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,
  • and developing and implementing solutions and leading ongoing reviews of business processes
  • and developing optimization strategies
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
  • management.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing as needed
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Serving as a liaison between client stakeholders, external agencies, and Indegene colleagues
  • Managing competing priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills


Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • Multi-channel marketing experience
  • Digital channel experience
  • Brand launch experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Pharmaceutical experience in commercial function supporting or working with brands and marketing teams
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
