Positionsbezeichnung: Quality R&D Specialist (m/w/d)

  • Leitung der Designkontrolle im Rahmen des für das Unternehmen festgesetzten Produktentwicklungsprozesses gem. den Vorgaben für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte
  • Leitung von Product Design Reviews als Moderator für Design Input Approval, Design Readiness Approval und Final Design Approval
  • Leitung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Design History File (DHF) und Device Master Record (DMR) Dokumenten
  • Leitung, Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung von Design Control Prozessen in Übereinstimmung mit 21CFR820, ISO und EUMDR
  • Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung des lokalen Balda-Standorts mit den globalen Richtlinien durch angemessene Kommunikation und Schulung von soliden Qualitätssicherungsprinzipien
  • Implementierung von (vereinfachten) F&E-Qualitätssystemen und -Verfahren durch das Balda-QMS (Qualitätsmanagementsystem)
  • Unterstützung von Risikomanagement-Aktivitäten, Gebrauchstauglichkeitsstudien (Usability Studies), Designverifizierung und -validierung für Produkte unter Designverantwortung
  • Unterstützung von Projekten zur Änderung des Designs für das bestehende Produktportfolio
  • Unterstützung regelmäßiger Qualitätsprüfungen durch Risikomanagementprüfungen, Kundenreklamationsprüfungen und Managementprüfungen
  • Unterstützung von QMS-Prozessen, -Initiativen und -Implementierungen in DDS-Projekten (Drug Delivery Systems)
  • Unterstützung von Qualitätsinitiativen für die Belange des Standorts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätssystem und der Compliance zur weiteren Verbesserung des QMS für den Standort
  • Unterstützung bei Nichtkonformität von Produkten und Umsetzung umfassender Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen (CAPA)

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Maschinenbau/Biotechnologie, anderen technischen Bereichen oder Naturwissenschaften
  • 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung neuer Produkte im pharmazeutischen oder medizintechnischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung/Kenntnisse in den folgenden Bereichen: Produktentwicklung im EU/FDA-regulierten Umfeld (ISO , 21CFR 820, EUMDR), Risikomanagement (ISO ), Human Factors Engineering (IEC62366)
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kunststofftechnik, Spritzguss, Prozessentwicklung, Automatisierung, Dokumentation für Zulassungsanträge, Management von Projekten/Produkten nach der Markteinführung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der GMP- und GLP-Anforderungen und ihrer Anwendung auf regulierte Produkte in der neuen Produktentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Kundenorientierung, wirtschaftliches Verständnis, analytischer Ansatz, Lösungsorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
