People Business Partner

Dafür bist du verantwortlich:
- Steigere die Leistung und Talente, indem du Check-In Gespräche und halbjährliche Beurteilung mit Mitarbeitern durchführst
- Die administrativen Aufgaben die im Zusammenhang mit Entwicklungsvereinbarungen, Verträgen und Vergütungen anfallen, werden von dir übernommen
- Agiere als vertrauenswürdiger Berater und Coach für das Führungsteam
- Aufschlussreiche Daten und Lösungsansätze, die bei der Entscheidungsfindung helfen können, werden von dir geliefert
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen die im Zusammenhang mit Onboarding, People and Development oder Personalbesetzung stehen
- Baue die Struktur auf, sodass die Ziele der Organisation erreicht werden können
- Manage die Talente, um sicherzustellen, dass die richtige Person die richtige Rolle einnimmt
Das bringst du mit:
- Einen Masterabschluss in den Bereich HR, Betriebswirtschaft oder Psychologie
- 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Fundierte Erfahrungen mit dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt und Arbeitsrecht
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Eine Leidenschaft für Menschen und die Fähigkeit Teams zu coachen und zu entwickeln
- Motivation Prozesse mit aufzubauen und stetig zu verbessern
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
