About the job


To increase CHINT’s market share and strategically grow the business in the new energy and renewable energy (Roof top solar) , EV-Charger, Energy storage solution.


You will be responsible for the strategic sales and business development plans and activities. You will also work together with other sales and marketing professionals locally from local partners.

Responsibilities


  • Collect project information that is in line with the company's strategic development and mission objectives, analyze and judge the collected project information, and screen out high-quality projects.
  • For the expansion needs of the energy industry (especially energy storage, charging pile), transform standardized industry solutions into personalized application solutions suitable for the industry in the region and realize the transformation from solutions to sales performance.
  • Rich customer resources in renewable Energy segment, work closely with the team to ensure the implementation of business development, establish and maintain good relationships with customers and achieve sales target goal.


Qualifications

  • At least3-5 years sales experience in electric vehicle industry or energy storage industry
  • Have in-depth market understanding of EV charging technology or energy storage related businesses. Familiar with relevant industry solutions, able to clearly understand the market and customer needs and quickly develop solutions.
  • A proven track record in the sales and partner development of complex technology solutions.
  • Have the confidence to negotiate with key customers to reach deals, have the ability to develop and manage key customers in the industry.
  • Native German, fluent in English
  • Have a driver's license and travel for long periods
