Location : Munich, Germany Employment Type : Full-time Salary Range : € 140.000 - 200.000 + competitive ESOP package worth mid 6 figures as of today Working Mode : Office first Language Requirement : C1 Level English Your Responsibilities As a disciplinary leader provide directions, coaching and support to the Data Scientists (and Data Engineers - currently 8 FTEs, plan to grow to ~15 by end of next year) chartered to Research, develop and adapt algorithms that unlock the capacity in the energy system through optimised returns in trading the flexibility of our assets Actively drive talent development in the Data Science team, individually and as a team A winning mentality that drives cultural change; role-model collaboration and teamwork with peers heading other teams Be responsible for the expansion and evolution of our cloud-based service offering, delivering innovation and differentiation, based on technology leadership solid fundamentals and a lean research and implementation process Collaborate with the executive and leadership teams to set the vision, strategy, algorithmic roadmap and long-term goals that align with the business objectives, achieving Entrix's success Fail-fast, as part of the tech leadership team, accelerating product delivery without sacrificing excellence is what we are inspired by, finding new ways of working, using technology, breaking habits, limits and ceilings. VP of Product Development at NES Corporation (2014–2015) : Helped launch a new company and product line, disrupting grid digitalization. Echelon Corporation : Spent six years driving innovation in grid modernization and smart metering, from product management to development leadership. Hewlett Packard : Before diving into energy, I spent over a decade refining enterprise software solutions. Having spent most of my career in Silicon Valley, I bring a mindset that’s all about pushing boundaries, moving fast, and creating meaningful impact.
