Als Projektmanager (w/m/d) im Bereich Banken und Versicherungen bist du gemeinsam mit deinem Team für deinen Kunden da. Du verstehst seine Kernprozesse und Probleme und entwickelst für ihn innovative Softwarelösungen. Dabei sicherst du ein Höchstmaß an Kundenzufriedenheit und setzt dich auch für den Ausbau des Geschäfts ein.

Diese Stelle ist in Vollzeit sowie in Teilzeit zu besetzen.

Dein neuer Job
  • Du bist für den Projekterfolg gegenüber dem Kunden und Capgemini hauptverantwortlich – von der Konzeption bis zur Einführung des Systems.
  • In deiner Funktion führst du bis zu zehn Mitarbeitende aus fachlicher Sicht und vertrittst das Projektteam nach außen.
  • Du übernimmst die übergreifende operative bzw. strategische Planung und Steuerung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe, ggfs. auch unter Einbeziehung unserer Einheiten in Polen und Indien.
  • Du verantwortest die Projektergebnisse und lieferst diese mit deinem Team termingerecht, in passender Qualität und unter Einhaltung des Budgets ab.
  • Kundenverhandlungen, Abstimmungen mit dem Kunden und intern zum Projektvorgehen sowie Projektreporting gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Kernaufgaben.
  • Deine Fähigkeiten nutzt du, um unsere Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Dein Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder einem naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Mehrere Jahre Projektpraxis als IT Projektleiter*in, IT Projektmanager oder Delivery Manager
  • Du hast dich für die Branchen Banken bzw. Versicherungen bereits in entsprechenden Projekten engagiert und dabei entscheidenden Einfluss auf Prozesse und Systeme genommen.
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in einem unserer Kernbereiche: Risk & Compliance, Zahlungsverkehr, Frontend-Optimierung bzw. -Digitalisierung oder Bestand und Schaden
  • Wichtig sind uns Ergebnisorientierung, Strukturierungsfähigkeit und Kreativität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Als Führungspersönlichkeit kannst du gut zuhören, präsentieren und moderieren, mit sichtbarem Spaß an jeder Art von Kommunikation
