Come and join Fish’s Munich team in our fast-paced trademark and design practice as a full-time Trademark Assistant (m/w/d)


How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Provide administrative support to legal staff and paralegals
  • Prepare standard correspondence related to the prosecution and/or maintenance of trademarks
  • Correspond directly with clients and foreign associates on routine trademark-related matters
  • Establish and maintain calendar and deadline reminder systems
  • Maintain records and filing systems

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • At least 2 years of legal support experience, preferably in the trademark area
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills
  • Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
