Your core tasks include:

  • Develop and execute the company's public relations strategy in the European region, implementing promotional plans that support local and global PR objectives, enhancing the company's industry visibility and reputation overseas.
  • Maintain relationships with media, industry organizations, and other stakeholders, establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Handle daily affairs of the press office, drafting press releases, speeches, and other PR-related documents.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure their integration into the communications team, leveraging their expertise to provide strategic advice and operational delivery.
  • Organize and coordinate the company's participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and events, increasing the company's exposure within the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment, responding promptly to and addressing potential negative impacts.
  • Lead the team, manage the budget and resources for PR activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate collaboration with sales, marketing, and other departments to align the company's PR strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular PR performance reports and updates.
  • Collaborate with broader teams and relevant departments to optimize existing processes, facilitating workflow and operations more efficiently.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in public relations, media, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in public relations, with preference given to those with experience in automation equipment or industrial fields.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, able to build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Familiarity with media and PR industries in European and American countries, with rich media resources and networks.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of developing and executing effective PR strategies in complex environments.
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Native proficiency in German, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
