Job Overview:


As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and enhance our client's market presence in Germany. Your role will involve identifying potential partners, building strong collaborations, and ensuring mutual success through effective partner management. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring alignment with our client's business goals and strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners that can drive growth in Germany. Develop and execute partner-specific strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives that drive mutual success. Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell and promote our client's solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate partner performance, conducting reviews to ensure targets are met. Implement corrective actions when necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the digital payments and transaction solutions space. Leverage this knowledge to inform partner strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on partner-related activities. Provide feedback from partners to influence product development and marketing efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and drive continuous growth.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in the digital payments or fintech industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the German market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective partner strategies that align with business goals.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
