Job Description: IT Security Expert


Location: Hamburg


Salary: €70-90k

Your Tasks:

  • Develop IT Security Guidelines: Create, maintain, and further develop IT security guidelines and concepts for the draft, design, development, and operation of applications.
  • Enhance Secure Development Infrastructure: Further develop the infrastructure for secure software development and integrate security tools to support the development process.
  • Support Digital Application Development: Provide guidance and ensure adherence to IT security guidelines and concepts during the development of digital applications.
  • Conduct Audits: Carry out audits and communicate with external institutions to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Advise and Represent: Execute individual orders, advise decision-makers, and represent the company in various committees, advocating for robust IT security measures.


Your Profile:

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
  • Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of IT security standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27000 series.
  • Experience with secure software development practices and tools.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure security.
  • Certifications: Ideally, relevant certifications such as CISSP or OSCP.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
