Workday Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Workday Project Manager. As a Workday Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing Workday implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage Workday implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate those into Workday solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and stakeholders, to drive project progress and resolve issues.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or other Workday modules.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Certification in Workday Project Management or related field is a plus.
