Our client is a dynamic B2B SaaS company at the forefront of industrial optimization solutions and IoT technology. Their platform connects tens of thousands of assets and workflows in manufacturing plants globally, empowering our clients to maximize efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
They are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive expansion across Europe, focusing on the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Europe, with a focus on the manufacturing sector.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key markets, leveraging market research and industry insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, including sales forecasts and market feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience selling into the manufacturing sector.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
