Wir arbeiten exklusiv mit einem internationalen Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien zusammen. Der Klient wächst stark und verfügt über eine globale Projektpipeline von 10 GW PV-Kapazität und 20 GWh BESS-Kapazität. Deutschland ist ein zentraler Markt für das Unternehmen. Das lokale Team sowie die PV- und BESS-Pipeline sind in den letzten drei Jahren deutlich gewachsen. In dieser Position spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle im weiteren Ausbau. Sie steuern Vertrags- und gesellschaftsrechtliche Themen und fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für M&A, Projektentwicklung, Bau und Finanzierung. AufgabenPacht-, Grundstücks- und Nutzungsverträge entwerfen, prüfen und verhandeln.PPAs (Corporate/Utility) sowie EPC-, O&M-, TSA- und LTSA-Verträge prüfen und verhandeln.EEG, EnWG, Genehmigungen und Netzanschlussanforderungen einhalten.Gesellschaftsrechtliche Themen für Tochter- und Projektgesellschaften (SPVs) steuern.M&A-Prozesse von Due Diligence bis Closing begleiten.PV-Projektentwicklung zu BauGB, BImSchG, Flächennutzung, Pachtstrukturen und Eigentümerkommunikation beraten.Externe Kanzleien koordinieren und Risiken managen.Entscheidungen mit Development-, Engineering- und Finance-Teams vorbereiten.Austausch mit Notaren, Kommunen, der Bundesnetzagentur sowie weiteren Behörden und Stakeholdern führen.ProfilVolljurist*in. (1. und 2. Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen)8–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Energie- oder Infrastruktursektor, in einer Kanzlei oder einem Unternehmen der Erneuerbare-Energien-Branche.Starkes Verständnis des deutschen Rechtsrahmens für erneuerbare Energien, Planung und Genehmigungen.Erfahrung in M&A-Transaktionen; Kenntnisse in Projektfinanzierung sind ein Plus.Sehr gutes Englisch und Deutsch auf Muttersprachen- oder sehr gutem Professional-Level.Hohe Eigenständigkeit, klare kommerzielle Denkweise und souveräner Umgang mit komplexen Verhandlungen.Erfahrung mit weiteren Technologien oder europäischen Projekten ist vorteilhaft.
