SERMA Group, with a turnover of €180M and over 1400 employees, is a leader in the field of electronics and microelectronics. Productivity Engineering is a subsidiary of Serma Group headquartered in Herrenberg, close to Stuttgart with a design and technical center based in Dresden. The company specializes in the design and the supply chain management of mixed-signal Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), with a team of 20 employees, mostly experienced engineers, and a yearly revenue of around 6ME (2023) constantly growing for the last 10 years.


Productivity Engineering is working jointly with another Serma Group subsidiary based in France and performing the same fabless semiconductor activity. The whole leads to the delivery of more than 22 million integrated circuits to our customers each year.


Productivity Engineering is looking for their Sales Manager (M/W), based either in Stuttgart or in Dresden.


Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing sales strategies to achieve the targets.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.


Requirements:

- Master degree in Business or Microelectronics.

- Interest for technical High-Technology matters.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the microelectronics or technology industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Working language is German. A fluent English is needed to interact with other entities of the group and international customers and prospects.
