Position: Sales Engineer - Headhunting Program



Overview:

Headquarters in Suzhou China, the company has nearly 60 years of manufacturing experience in No Standard Automation equipments with 10+ branches and service centers all over the world.

This role is home-based with no limit of cities in Germany, mainly be responsible for business development and customer service for Auto Parts and Non-Standard Automation related industries in Germany.




Job Descriptions: Regional Sales Representative - German Markets

1. Responsible for new business development of Auto Parts and Non-Standard Automation Industries in Germany.

2. Formulate and implement sales and market strategies based on the overall corporate strategy combined with the German market.

3. Responsible for customer visiting, understand customers’ need and propose proper solutions after consulting with Sales directors.

4. In charge of follow up different projects and business negotiations, coordinate sales and technical teams to complete related service delivery.

5. During equipment delivery and commissioning, actively maintain customer relations and promote satisfaction.

6. Upon completion, follow up on project payment collection, visit customers regularly, ensure the timeliness of after-sales service, and conduct customer satisfaction survey.

7. Participate in international exhibitions and dock with Headquarters.

8. Other related tasks as assigned.



Requirements:

1. Adapt to business trip to visit customers in Germany.

2. Excellent English and German

3. Major in engineering, mechanics, automatics, electrical, or other related fields

4. Experience in Auto parts, non-standard automation industry, or engineering background is preferred.

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills

6. Excellent business development and customer service skills



Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: 3000 - 6000 Euro/month

Sales Bonus + Health Insurance + Paid Annual Leave + Others



Start Date: ASAP, within 2 months
