Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Engineer / Network Engineer in Berlin, Germany. This is a full-time, hybrid position that calls for a professional capable of delivering exceptional technical support and customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conveying the technical benefits of our solutions to potential clients and providing comprehensive support to our current customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Devise and implement tailored solutions for customers, aligning with their specific requirements and assessments.Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to uncover new opportunities and enhance the sales pipeline. Participate in meetings, followed by the preparation of detailed reports.Develop and present Proof of Concept in line with customer specifications.Generate and maintain Bills of Material/Quantities for projects.Craft tailored proposals for tenders and specific customer requirements.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Certifications in Cisco, Aruba, or other leading network technologies are highly regarded.

Experience,Skills and Abilities

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, or similar roles.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.Deep and comprehensive knowledge of LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Cybersecurity technologies. A customer-centric approach, with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.Self-motivated and industrious, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to undertake travel across the D-A-CH region as required. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. A continuous learner, always eager to acquire new technologies and skills.
