Deine Aufgaben

Als UI/UX Designer:in arbeitest du eng mit dem Gründer und der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um die visuelle und konzeptionelle Gestaltung der Plattform auf ein neues Level zu bringen. Du wirst:

  • Die Designelemente der Plattform visuell gestalten
  • Neue Nutzeroberflächen und -erfahrungen entwerfen sowie entsprechende Prototypen und Wireframes in Figma erstellen
  • Gemeinsam mit unserer Product Manager:in neue Features konzipieren, um die Anforderungen der User und anderer Stakeholder umzusetzen und die Nutzung der Plattform zu steigern
  • Den ersten Schritt in der Frontend-Entwicklung übernehmen, indem du fertige Designs in statisches HTML und Tailwind CSS übersetzt und direkt an die Engineers weitergibst
  • An User- und Kunden-Interviews teilnehmen, um deren Bedürfnisse, Erwartungen und Verhaltensweisen noch besser zu verstehen
  • Usability-Tests und -Analysen durchführen sowie die Barrierefreiheit der Plattform sicherstellen

Dein Profil

  • Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Mission, Arbeitnehmenden ein wertschätzendes und unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld zu bieten.
  • Du hast mind. 2 Jahre als UI/UX Designer:in gearbeitet und ein sehr gutes Verständnis vom Design- und Entwicklungsprozess für Responsive Web Apps.
  • Du hast idealerweise ein passendes Studium, Ausbildung oder Zertifikate abgeschlossen (insbesondere bei kürzerer Berufserfahrung).
  • Du hast bereits erste berufliche Erfahrungen mit Figma, HTML und CSS (insb. Tailwind CSS) gesammelt.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils C1 oder besser).
