SAP Process Manager Order-to-Cash

Stellenbeschreibung
  • Selbstständige Leitung, Prozessdesign und Umsetzung von Business-Anforderungen und IT-Lösungen in unterschiedlichen internationalen Projekten
  • Roll-out von SAP-S/4-Template-Prozessen in den jeweiligen Landesgesellschaften der Region Europa
  • Vollständige Anforderungsanalyse und Plausibilitätsprüfung von Change Requests sowie Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Anwenderdokumentationen, Schulungen, Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Company-Process-Ownern und Key-Usern aus den Fachbereichen sowie der zentralen SAP IT
  • Aktive und eigenverantwortliche Begleitung der Testphasen von neuen Prozessen und Systemänderungen
  • Selbständige Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Systematische Bearbeitung von Anfragen unserer SAP-Anwender und gezielte Schulung der internen User
  • Governance-Rolle bei der Einhaltung unserer Template-Spezifikationen bei zukünftigen S/4HANA-Rollout
Qualifikationen
  • Ein betriebswirtschaftlicher oder technischer Studienabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP Modul SD sowie ein souveräner Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Hervorragendes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse im industriellen Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Vertriebsprozesse (OTC)
  • Flexibilität, sich schnell in neue Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran, gemeinsam innovative und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Fähigkeit komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und klar und deutlich auf den Punkt zu bringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und umfassende Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenzen
  • Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
