DAS ERWARTET DICH: Als Consultant Data Protection (d/m/w) bist du das Bindeglied zwischen Technologie, Recht und Business. Du entwickelst innovative Lösungen für die Herausforderungen der digitalen Transformation und unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche sowie Tochtergesellschaften dabei, datenschutzkonforme Produkte und Services zu gestalten. Du berätst Fachbereiche und Tochtergesellschaften zu Datenschutzanforderungen, insbesondere zur Datenschutzkonformität von Produkten und Services Du führst Prüfungen im Rahmen eines zentralen Risk Assessment-Prozesses durch und bewertest datenschutzrechtliche Risiken bei externen Services, Dienstleistern und Eigenentwicklungen Du identifizierst Datenschutzrisiken in geschäftsrelevanten Prozessen und entwickelst effektive Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung, Überprüfung und Umsetzung von Datenschutzdokumentationen, wie z.B. Verarbeitungstätigkeiten oder Datenschutzfolgeabschätzungen Du wirkst bei der Umsetzung des Datenschutzmanagements sowie der Entwicklung von Datenschutzrichtlinien und -standards für die Haufe Group mit Du führst Schulungen zu aktuellen Datenschutzthemen und Best Practices durch und trägst aktiv zur Haufe Group-weiten Umsetzung des Datenschutzes bei DAS BRINGST DU MIT: Erfahrung im Datenschutz: Du hast mindestens ein Jahr praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz gesammelt Rechtliche Kenntnisse: Du verfügst über rechtliche Vorkenntnisse (z. B. als Wirtschaftsjurist, mit erstem juristischen Staatsexamen oder als Volljurist) oder hast Erfahrungen im Compliance-Umfeld Technisches Know-how: Du bist vertraut mit Technologien wie Cloud-Systemen (AWS, Azure), technischen Schnittstellen (API), Datenanalyse und Datenflüssen Schnittstellenkompetenz: Du kannst effektiv zwischen technischen und rechtlichen Themen vermitteln Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert.
