Accountability ClusterMajor Activities / TasksAccurate Execution of mRNA Production ProcessesPerform IVT reactionsenzymatic processingpurificationReliable Performance of Analytical MethodsConduct standard analytical tests to monitor process performanceUV spectroscopy,gel electrophoresis,RNA quantification,purity assessmentsMaintenance of Laboratory Equipment and Work Areas Operate, clean, and calibrate assigned instruments;ensure workspaces remain organized and compliant with safety standardsAccurate Documentation and Data RecordingPerform analysis of in-licensed manufacturing process and identify optimization/improvement potential keeping process robustness in mindAdapt in-licensed manufacturing processes and controls according to Cipla’s requirements harmonized with clinical development timelines including DNA processBuild plans for execution of implementation of improvements into in-licensed original processImplementation of improvements in alignment with VP and CDO (mRNA)Continuous improvement of CMC processes and analyticsSupport for Process Optimization and Scale-UpAssist scientists inexecuting experiments,collecting samplescompiling results for process improvement studiesEducational qualifications: Completed vocational training as a Biological or Medical Technical Assistant (BTA or MTA)Alternatively, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related life sciences disciplineRelevant experience: 5+ years of experience in process development or relevant fieldHands-on experience with IVT, enzymatic reactions, and purification processes including tangential flow filtration (TFF).Familiarity with molecular biology tools, mRNA handling best practices, and aseptic techniques.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.Ability to document and communicate effectively in English; German language skills are a plus.
