Als Projektleiter bei SPIE Lück in Frankfurt haben Sie die Chance unsere Großprojekte der Zukunft mitzugestalten.   • Projektleitung für Großprojekte (Rechenzentrumsbau) vom Anfang bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss inkl. Planung, Koordinierung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Führung eines Projektteams und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und der zielgerichteten Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Leitung von internen und externen Abstimmungen und Kundenterminen sowie Teilnahme an weiteren Projektbesprechungen und Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten
  • Überblick über die zu erbringenden Leistungen sowie Koordination der Gewerke und Nachunternehmerleistungen inkl. Verhandlungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Angebots- und Nachtragserstellung sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Controlling zur Erreichung der kaufmännischen Ziele und Claim Management
  • Überwachung des Projektbudgets und Sicherstellung des positiven Projektabschlusses

  • Ausbildung im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Elektro, Mechanik, Innenausbau oder Architektur) oder Studium bspw. Bachelor-Abschluss im Baumanagement o. Ingenieurwesen
  • Ideal: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung / Führungserfahrung als Projektleitung, vorzugsweise in Großprojekten / Rechenzentren / Gewerke übergreifenden Projekten
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Bauvorschriften, Regelungen und Industrienormen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office inkl. MS Project
  • Projektbezogene Englischkenntnisse
