Job Title: Project Planner - Wind Energy

Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time Contract


Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner with experience in the wind energy sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, particularly in the early stages of wind energy projects. This role requires the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential for this role. The position is based in Hamburg, Germany, and requires a regular presence in the office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for wind energy projects.
  2. Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of project requirements, risks, and constraints.
  3. Utilize Primavera P6 to create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project data, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  6. Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and methodologies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in wind energy project planning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Planner
  3. Proven experience in the wind energy sector.
  4. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with a focus on early project stages.
  5. Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for project planning and scheduling.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  8. Fluency in both written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
  9. Right to work in Germany with the flexibility to work in the office in Hamburg on a regular basis.
