For our private label EDITED in Berlin, we are looking for a Merchandiser Planner (m/f/d). EDITED has established itself as a successful fashion brand that stands out with a detailed design language, extraordinary capsule collections and high-quality basics. Our international creative team designs trend focused collections and exclusive styles with a premium feel.

As a Merchandise Planner (m/f/d), you work in a highly analytical way, keeping an eye on all relevant sales and purchasing figures, in close cooperation with the buying and design teams. Through various reports, analyses and forecasts, you ensure the optimal planning and management of our assortments and contribute significantly to the success of our brand EDITED.

Responsibilities

Strategic assortment planning, preparation of buying budgets and revenue forecasts

Controlling of purchasing and sales kpi as well as creation of ad-hoc analyses and reportsDerivation of in-season actions (eg re-orders) based on assortment performanceSupport in product pricing and discounting and identification of growth potentialsOptimization of our planning toolkit and processes and participation in planning-related projects

Requirements

University degree (preferably in economics)

At least 3 years of professional experience in Merchandise Planning in the fashion industry (preferably for e-commerce)Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbersQuick thinking and a structured work styleVery good knowledge of MS Office (esp Excel)Ability to work in English
