Operation Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, including product receiving and shipping to customers, and upload to Sage system.
  • Take care of enquiries, after-sales service, invoicing, payment collection etc.
  • Field service including installation, demonstration, repairing and uninstallation etc.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as management requires.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
