Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für ein anspruchsvolles Kundenportfolio, das Du mit Sachkompetenz und Fingerspitzengefühl in Eigenregie betreust und ausbaust.
  • Insbesondere die Vermarktung und Abwicklung von Produkten und Lösungen im Bereich FX, Rohstoffe, Zinsen, Geldmarkt und Aktien-Hedging für Unternehmenskunden und im Geschäftsfeld der strukturierten Finanzierung gehören zu Deinem Daily Business.
  • Dabei wägst Du Risiko und Sicherheit weitsichtig ab, nimmst die Risikomanagement-Konzepte unserer Kunden genau unter die Lupe und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Strukturierungsteams maßgeschneiderte Absicherungsstrategien.
  • Deine organisatorischen Fähigkeiten stehen Deinem kommunikativen Geschick in nichts nach und in enger Abstimmung mit dem Handel und anderen internen Einheiten sorgst Du dafür, dass Informationen zuverlässig ausgetauscht werden und Prozesse rundlaufen.
  • Und auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit den wichtigsten (internen) Stakeholdern überzeugst Du als vertrauenswürdiger Berater*in für potenzielle Kunden.
  • Für Markt- und Wirtschaftstendenzen hast Du ein ebenso feines Radar wie für regulatorische und politische Entwicklungen, sodass Du deren Auswirkungen für unsere Kunden frühzeitig erkennst und so exakt wie möglich einschätzen kannst.
  • Nicht zuletzt vereinst Du Effizienz mit Fortschritt, denkst Prozesse neu und findest Optimierungsmöglichkeiten – mit dem Ziel, uns als Relationship Bank immer noch ein bisschen besser und erfolgreicher zu machen.
Dein Profil
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften / Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Financial Markets, speziell in der Betreuung von deutschen und österreichischen Unternehmenskunden, mit ausgezeichneter Erfolgsbilanz
  • Affinität zu den Finanzmärkten bzw. dem Corporate & Investment Banking mit Expertenkenntnissen der Kapitalmärkte und Produkte
  • Unternehmerischer Weitblick, Zielorientierung und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte hohe soziale Kompetenz und emotionale Intelligenz mit Freude an der Arbeit im Team in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
