About the Job:Location: Norderstedt, GermanyType: Hybrid (3 days on-site)A growing industrial manufacturing site near Hamburg is looking for a Strategic Purchaser to strengthen its strategic procurement activities and support the ongoing transformation of the site.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing and direct material procurementManage supplier negotiations and key supplier relationshipsRun sourcing projects in collaboration with R&D and internal stakeholdersSupport new supplier onboarding and production/investment projectsContribute to digitalisation, process optimisation, and SAP improvementsAbout you5 - 10 years experience in strategic procurement/technical procurement (direct materials a strong plus)Also suitable for operational purchasers ready to move into strategic roles, or engineers/chemists looking for a commercial pathStrong communication and negotiation skillsGerman required (conversational level)If this sounds interesting, I would be more than happy to arrange a call and to share more details.
