The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join this growing sales team and play a critical role in accelerating pipeline growth and converting prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative products, tap into new markets, and contribute to a fast-growing company.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate and accelerate outbound sales pipelines through creative strategies.
  • Identify and convert prospects into clients, driving revenue growth across both product lines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.
  • Structure and organize the sales process to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the company in a professional, engaging manner.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record in outbound strategies and pipeline generation.
  • Skills: Creative problem-solver, skilled in prospect conversion and demand creation.
  • Mindset: Collaborative team player who can bring structure to the sales process.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the mobility industry is helpful but not required.
  • Location: Ideally based in Munich for hybrid work.


What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary (€75-80k Base) with a performance-driven bonus structure of up to 130K OTE.
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working model (2-3 days in-office).
  • Growth Opportunities: Potential for career progression towards Team Lead or Sales Manager
