We are looking for aChannel Partner Manager to develop and managerelationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. Youwill be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners,providing sales support and training, and managing the performanceof existing partners. The ideal candidate will have experience inchannel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills,and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Your Tasks- Identify and onboard newchannel partners within the territory
- Provide sales support and training topartners to ensure success
- Manage the performance of existingpartners, and develop strategies to improvetheir sales and revenue
- Develop andmaintain strong relationshipswith partners and work closely with them to achieve mutualgoals
- Collaborate with the sales team to alignsales and channel efforts
- Monitorindustry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors andmarket conditions
- Create and manage channelpartner budgets andforecasts
- Implement channelpartner programs, such as training, marketing, andincentives
- Measure andreport on the performance of channel partners, usingmetrics such as sales and revenue
- Identify andresolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product andsolution offerings
- Attend industryevents and conferences to buildrelationships and promote the company
- 3-5 years of experience inchannel management in the OT softwareenvironment
- Proficiency in customerrelationship management (Salesforce)software
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, with experience presenting topartners and senior level stakeholders
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships withpartners
- Strong problem-solving andnegotiation skills
- Time management and organizationalskills
- Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
- Flexibilityand adaptability to change
- A desire to learnand grow in the channel management field
- Bachelor’s degree in business orrelated field
- Fluency in English andFrench is required, German basic skills are aplus
- Willingness to travel30-50%
