Your role as Training Manager

As Training Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, organization, implementation and continuous improvement of Global Rail Academy’s training programs:

  • You are responsible for developing training plans that outline the curriculum, schedule and allocated resources required for delivery
  • In your role you are coordinating instructors, subject matter experts and other stakeholder to ensure effective program delivery including managing the logistics of training sessions, materials and venues
  • Monitoring the quality of training programs and provide feedback for improvement with clients both internally and externally
  • Implementing evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training and ensure training methods and materials meet the industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as primary point of contact of learners regarding training schedules, materials and other inquiries, which includes any issue handling during the training process
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and training budget vs. costs
  • Support the Head of Academy in planning and report creation


Your profile

  • You have at 3-5 years of experience in managing training programs in adult education
  • Experience in applying inductive learning process and diverse training strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Very good user skills in MS Office; other learning platforms are a plus
  • Great communication and coaching abilities that inspire and engage others
