As the General Manager of the Full Vehicle Crash Testing facility, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of automotive safety. With this dedicated team of specialists and a company focused on innovation, you will be at the forefront of vehicle safety for years to come


What you can expect?

  • Responsible for the leadership of all 30 testing experts at this crash test site.
  • Responsible for technical, strategic and disciplinary operations for the site.
  • Define business objectives and formulate business development strategies in line with company mission, regulations and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety protocols in line with company and industry standards.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct team trainings - ensuring full alignment with all regulatory standards from local and international authorities and institutions.


What you bring?

  • Fluent German (min. C1) & English (min. C1).
  • Min. 6 years experience in the automotive industry - passive safety experience is advantageous.
  • Min. 4 years technical and disciplinary leadership experience, of mid-large sized teams.
  • Collaborative leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience supporting sales functions, client delivery and project management.
  • Degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent.
