Einfluss nehmen:
- Intensive Betreuung individueller Accounts und fachlich therapeutische Beratung der Fachgruppe Transplantationsmedizin, Nephrologie, Rheumatologie und weitere Fachgruppen in Kliniken und im niedergelassenen Bereich
- Kundenprofiling: Analyse und Auswertung von zur Verfügung stehenden Marktdaten, z.B. durch Durchführen von Markt- und Potentialanalysen und Identifikation von Opportunitäten im Markt
- Konsequente Umsetzung der Firmenstrategie sowie Maßnahmen (Fortbildungskonzepte, Schulungskonzepte) zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der jeweiligen Zielgruppen/Kunden
- Erstellen von Accountplänen und verantwortungsvoller Einsatz des zur Verfügung stehenden Budgets in enger Kooperation mit Medizin (MSLM), Marketing und Therapy Area Specialists anderer Regionen.
- Umsetzung von Accountstrategien und -plänen unter strikter Einhaltung aller in- und externen Vorschriften und Kodices
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Sales, Medical & Marketing) in Bezug auf Stakeholder Insights und Informationen innerhalb von AstraZeneca zur Optimierung von Marketing-, Sales- und Medizin-Aktivitäten
- Erarbeitung von innovativen Fortbildungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Kundenbedürfnisse
- Teilnahme an Kongressen, Sponsorings und Veranstaltungen, als Plattform zur Marktanalyse, für Kundenkontakte und zur eigenen Fortbildung
Stärken beweisen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Geprüfte/r Pharmareferent/in (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung in der Betreuung von Fachärzten in Klinik und Niederlassung
- Erfahrung in der Immunologie, Infektiologie, , Transplantationsmedizin, Nephrologie oder in einem anderen Specialty Care Bereich
- Sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit auch in schwierigen Situationen
- Starke Kundenorientierung gepaart mit entsprechendem Verhandlungsgeschick
- Offenheit verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle zu Ihren Kunden zu nutzen (Omni-Channel)
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine hohe Ergebnisorientierung
- Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools und Kenntnisse von CRM-Systemen
