Electro-Mechanical Project Manager - Lead the Charge in Green Tech

We are supporting a leading green tech company in Berlin, Germany, on a mission to reduce the worlds carbon footprint through groundbreaking technology . They are a passionate team of experts dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions that make a positive impact on the planet.


The Role

As their Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the successful execution of complex green tech projects. You'll oversee all aspects, from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a cross functional team of electro-mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and other project personnel.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in electro-mechanical technologies relevant to the green tech sector.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the electro-mechanical or green tech industry. Any work with UAV's or Drones would be desirable but not necessary.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical principles and systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
