This is a great opportunity for a Senior Data Engineer to join a result driven and passionate engineering team and work on development of a game-changing AI & Data Analytics platform. You'll have the opportunity to develop and advance into a leadership role fast.
The role
- Work collaboratively in a Data team to deliver high impact data projects
- Implement and optimize scalable data pipelines while meeting the needs of internal and external data consumers
- Integrate and process the large amounts of data from different sources
- Manage and optimize data storage and querying
- Implementation of real-time data streams
- You’ll get the opportunity to experiment with new data technologies
The Candidate
- University degree in computer science, information technology or similar
- Solid 4+ years' work experience in data engineering, developing ETL pipelines
- Hands on experience with one of the big cloud providers (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake and PostgreSQL
- Stand out with experience with Kafka, Version Control, Git, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experienced working in the Agile environment, following Scrum principles
- Proficiency in German is a plus
