Für den Bereich Anzeigen-Systembetreuung der M&S Medienservice GmbH suchen wir für unsere Standorte München oder Stuttgart oder Remote Work zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Voll- oder Teilzeit (min. 25 Std.) einen SAP Inhouse Consultant IS-M/AM (m/w/d)

Wer wir sind

Die M&S Medienservice GmbH erbringt verschiedene Verlagsdienstleistungen für die Werbemärkte im Zeitungsverlagsumfeld.

Im Post-Sales-Bereich organisiert diese die kaufmännische und technische Realisierung von Print- und Digitalaufträgen für die unterschiedlichsten Werbeformen. Weiterhin steuert und administriert die M&S Medienservice GmbH die kaufmännischen und technischen Systeme des Werbemarkts sowie ein bereichsübergreifendes CRM-System und organisiert die Umsetzung von Anforderungen der Marktbereiche in den Systemen und Prozessen.
Im Herstellungsprozess der Print- und E-Paper-Ausgaben realisiert diese die Blattplanung und den Umbruch für viele Tageszeitungen, Anzeigeblätter und weitere Periodika.

Worin Du Dich verwirklichen kannst
  • Du bist für die fachspezifische Administration und Betreuung der SAP IS-M/AM Systeme für die Zeitungstitel Süddeutsche Zeitung und Stuttgarter Zeitung/Nachrichten und weiterer Titel der Zeitungsgruppe sowie die Republic (Vermarktungsgesellschaft der Süddeutschen Zeitung und der FAZ) zuständig.
  • Du übernimmst die Aufnahme, Prüfung und Strukturierung der Fachanforderungen sowie die Erstellung und Pflege von Fachkonzepten.
  • Du unterstützt den Fachbereich bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Workflowoptimierungen und übernimmst die Beratung zu neuen Produkten, Funktionen und Optimierungen von bestehenden Prozessen und Anwendungen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination und Durchführung von Tests zusammen mit den Fachbereichen im Rahmen von Updates, Releasewechseln oder Weiterentwicklungen sowie für das Testmanagement und die Dokumentation.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst die fachlichen Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen sowie Benutzerhandbücher.
  • Die Mitarbeit in interessanten Projekten im Rahmen der zu betreuenden SAP IS-M/AM Systeme schließt den Aufgabenbereich ab.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen
  • Du bist bestens auf diese Position vorbereitet, wenn Du eine einschlägige Berufsausbildung und IT-Affinität oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Berufserfahrung vorweisen kannst.
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen mit der branchenspezifischen Lösung SAP IS-M/AM sammeln und besitzt fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich der systemtechnischen Administration von Stammdaten
  • Praxisorientierte Erfahrungen im Anzeigengeschäft (Print/Online), idealerweise mit Produktionsprozessen einer Tageszeitung sind von Vorteil und die Mitarbeit in Projekten ist für Dich kein Neuland.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch, selbständig und zielorientiert und zeigst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die gesamte Anzeigenorganisation/-produktion
  • Du verfügst über konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, logisches und vor allem bereichsübergreifendes Denkvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Du bist belastbar, kommunizierst klar und verbindlich und arbeitest gerne im Team.
