SAP Logistics Consultant

We working with a multinational retail company in Germany. They are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant specializing in SD and MM modules. The consultant will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics processes and ensuring seamless integration with our SAP systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP SD and MM modules to support logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Perform system customization and enhancements to optimize business processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in SAP logistics.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of SAP solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Support data migration and integration activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant with a focus on SD and MM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) configurations and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry processes and logistics operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficient in gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in SD and MM modules.
  • Previous experience working in the retail/manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
