Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager- German Speaker to support our projects



You will be responsible for:


  • Identify and contact potential customers for sales
  • Develop Strategy for business development and Increase sales by actively seeking new customers (cold calls)
  • Conducting business negotiations with customers
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Preparation and approval of contracts
  • Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers
  • Maintaining reporting documentation
  • Maintaining business correspondence with clients
  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and decision influencers to ensure retention and relationship stability
  • Build and deepen relationships with existing customers to achieve increase in sales
  • Adhere to all company processes and policies, and carry the brand of the company to the next level
  • Participation in different fairs and events of the company globally as per the requirement
  • Managing Internal CRM tools




About you:


  • Mandatory: minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in Pharma consulting companies
  • Fluency in English (at least B2/C1 Level) and German (at least B2/C1 Level)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent use of MC Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (min 50% of working time)
