Für einen Endkunden, welche derzeit Salesforce international einführt, suchen wir einen In-house Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle verantwortet und verwaltest Du eine Salesforce Org mit mehr als 650 Salesforce-Lizenzen


AUFGABEN:

  • Administration, Konfiguration und User Support von Salesforce
  • Konfiguration und Pflege von benutzerdefinierten Workflows, Objekten, Datenvalidierungen sowie Genehmigungsprozessen
  • Betreuung des User-Managements sowie Pflege von Benutzerrollen und -profilen, Sicherheitseinstellungen und Zugriffseinstellungen
  • Einrichtung und Implementierung von Änderungskontrollen und Best Practices in Bezug auf Systemwartung, Konfiguration, Entwicklung, Tests, Datenintegrität etc.
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement zur Abstimmung weiterführender Optimierungen von Salesforce
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Fachabteilungen sowie der externen Dienstleister


PROFIL:

  • Zertifizierung "Salesforce Certified Administration" gewünscht
  • Erfahrung in Salesforce Projekte mit 500+ Users
  • Außerdem konntest du dein Können als Salesforce Administrator schon für mind. 3 Jahre in einem anderen Unternehmen unter Beweis stellen.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht du verhandlungssicher
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zu guter Letzt hast du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office Tools sowie Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Softwareprogrammen für operatives Projektmanagement (JIRA; Monday.com, etc.)
