Risk Manager (m/w/d) Investment
(Kennziffer )
- Übernahme der Risikomanagement Funktion (Risk Officer)
- Risikomanagement: Überwachung und Steuerung der Risiken eines mittelgroßen Wertpapierinstitutes gemäß § 15 Abs. 1 WPIG
- Risikobewertung: Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen sowie Identifikation von Risiken im Wertpapiergeschäft
- Bereitstellung von ICAAP-, RACA- und K-Faktor Analysen
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Neue Produkte Prozessen (NPP)
- Risikoreporting: Erstellung regelmäßiger Risikoberichte und Präsentation der Ergebnisse an die Geschäftsführung und Aufsichtsbehörden
- Risikostrategien: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Risikostrategien und Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
- Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Risikomanagement
- Beratung: Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachabteilungen in risikorelevanten Fragestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Compliance Funktion
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Risk Manager im regulierten Umfeld
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen wie MaRisK, MaComp, GWG, WpIG und BAFIN-Rundschreiben
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- IT-Kompetenz: Versierter Umgang mit gängigen Risikomanagement-Tools und MS Office-Anwendungen
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität sowie eine hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
