Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Team in Berlin Wir sind eine der wenigen Agenturen, für die Klimakrise, Energiewende und Nachhaltigkeit keine neue Trend- und Geschäftsthemen sind. Wir setzen uns schon seit Jahren konsequent, kompetent und vor allem glaubwürdig für die Beschleunigung und Verbreitung von Technologien, Geschäftsmodellen oder anderen unternehmerischen, politischen und zivilgesellschaftliche Lösungen für die Bekämpfung der globalen Klima- und Umweltkrise ein. 


Bei uns brauchst Du keine Kompromisse eingehen. Wir betreuen ausschließlich Kunden im CleanTech, ClimateTech und GreenTech Bereich. Wir sind nicht nur Dienstleister, sondern sind selber Teil des Ökosystems und mit uns kannst Du grünes Wirtschaften eigenständig befördern. Wir haben erfolgreiche Initiativen wie Leaders for Climate Action oder Entrepreneurs for Future mit gegründet oder helfen sie mit zu managen. Wir helfen grüne Start-Ups finanziell, mit Know-How oder unseren Netzwerken bei der Gründung. Wir publizieren unsere eigenen Podcast mit prominenten Interview-Partnern – bei all dem kannst Du an vorderster Front mit dabei sein und mitwirken.



Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Screening und Identifizierung von politischen und marktlichen Trends auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene
  • Monitoring, Analyse und Bewertung (qualitativ und quantitativ) von Cleantech-Märkten und assoziierten politischen Vorhaben
  • Erarbeitung von umfassenden politischen Positionspapieren im Kontext aktueller energie- und industriepolitischer Initiativen
  • Erstellung von Stakeholdermappings und Outreachstrategien im politischen und vorpolitischen Raum 
  • Erstellung von Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsanalysen, Go-To-Market Strategien, Marktsegmentierungen und Value Chain Mappings
  • Analyse und graphische Aufbereitung von Markttrends- und Potenzialen, Erstellung von detaillierten Präsentationen, White Papers und Monitoringberichten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Unterstützung und eigenständige Durchführung von Analyse - und Beratungsprojekten
  • Strategische Beratung von Kunden aus der CleanTech Branche, insbesondere in den Bereichen Energie, Wasserstoff, Gebäudewirtschaft, Mobilität, Ressourcen- und Kreislaufwirtschaft


Dein Profil:

  • Interesse und Begeisterung für den schnellstmöglichen Übergang in eine treibhausgasneutrale und ressourcenschonende Wirtschaft und den damit verbundenen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Gutes Verständnis von deutschen und europäischen Cleantechmärkten, der Akteurslandschaft und den energie- und umweltpolitischen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Berufserfahrung in Think Tanks, Beratungen, Agenturen, Verbänden oder Politik; Studium im Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Naturwissenschaft
  • Großes Interesse an detaillierten und tiefgründigen Analysen, Marktentwicklungen, Geschäftsmodellen und technologischen Innovationen
  • Fähigkeit datengestützte Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht graphisch aufzubereiten, zu kontextualisieren und in aussagekräftige Power-Point Folien zu überführen (Vorbereitung von Vorlagen für die Abteilungsleitung)
  • Bereitschaft schnell in neue Cleantech-Themen "einzutauchen" und Fähigkeit zum strategischen und analytischen Denken 
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Belastbarkeit 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
