INHUBBER, a leading AI-drivencontract management and eSignature platform, is seeking aSaaS Growth Hacker - Fractional Chief MarketingOfficer (CMO). In this role, you will be responsiblefor driving scalable growth through resource-light andcost-effective marketing strategies. As a key strategic leader, youwill develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to boostuser acquisition, increase customer retention, and drive revenuegrowth. This is a fractional role with flexible hours, ideal for aninnovative marketing leader who thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Responsibilities:
- DevelopGrowth Strategy: Create and implement growthstrategies to expand INHUBBER’s user base and drive revenue,focusing on scalable and cost-efficientapproaches.
- LeadDigital Marketing: Manage and execute digitalmarketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, andsocial media channels to generate leads and foster userengagement.
- OptimizePerformance: Set up, monitor, and analyze KPIs tomake data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketingefforts for maximum ROI.
- Build Brand Presence: Leadcontent creation and brand positioning efforts to establishINHUBBER as a leader in the contract management and eSignaturespace.
- EnhanceCustomer Retention: Design and execute strategiesfor customer retention, driving upsell and cross-sellopportunities.
- Develop Partnerships:Identify and develop partnerships to extend reach and enhance useracquisition through collaborative efforts.
- Sales Funnel Optimization:Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates, reducecustomer acquisition costs, and drive sustainedgrowth.
- ManageBudget: Maximize marketing budget effectiveness byprioritizing resource-light, high-impacttactics.
SkillsRequired:
- Experience: 5+ years in SaaSgrowth marketing or digital marketing with proven success inscaling SaaS products.
- Analytical Proficiency:Strong data analysis skills with experience using marketing andanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,HubSpot).
- Creative& Resourceful: Ability to create and executecost-effective marketing strategies that drive growth on a limitedbudget.
- TechnicalMarketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, emailmarketing, content marketing, and social mediamarketing.
- Strategic& Hands-on: Comfortable with high-levelstrategic planning as well as hands-on tacticalexecution.
- Adaptability: Able to workindependently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment.
