Seoul Semiconductor Europe is hiring - Automotive product release engineer - Europe


We are looking for an experienced and intelligent business professional to become our new Automotive product release engineer in Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• releasing products in our customer base

• Frequent communicating with customers and understanding their requirements.

• communicate efficiently customer requirements with internal organization

• handling APQP, PPAP processes

• Proactively take responsibility for follow up on meeting actions and holds team accountable

• contact point for release and requests regarding product release topics of your customer

• Communicate routinely and proactively with internal teams

• Utilize effective presentation and command skills within customer and internal meetings

• New product introduction and promotion at your customer


Requirements

• BS engineering degree or higher

• Fluency in English and Korean

• experience with automotive processes (quality, releases)

• Basic understanding of and experiences in LED lighting applications and LED technology

• Availability to travel to customer visits, events, training

• Customer focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

• Ability to manage own time and multi-task combined with strong organizational skills

• Self-motivated, driven, smart, and willing to learn with a desire to succeed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal & intercultural skills, with customers as well as with peers and business partners internally

• Beneficial to have VDA 6.3 process / IATF16949 auditor certification.


Location

Frankfurt area, This role requires on-site presence at our Eschborn office. Remote work is not available.
