Die CU ERP Customer Application Management (CAM) erbringt als Bestandteil der CS ERP schwerpunktmäßig Leistungen im Anwendungssupport. Im Bereich SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) steigt der Bedarf zur Erbringung von 2nd Level Supportleistungen für die Bundeswehr. Ihre Aufgaben: Koordination der Erbringung von SAP Application Managementleistungen im Bereich SAP Master Data Governance in der Rolle des SAP MDG Leads für den Anwendungssupport: Analyse/Management von fachlich/prozessualen Anforderungen sowie aller Prozesse des 2nd Level Supports Sicherstellung der SAP Application Managementleistungen in Bezug auf vereinbarte Ziele Umsetzung und Umsetzungskoordination (Vorgaben für SAP MDG Berater) der fachlichen Anforderungen in SAP MDG Prüfung und Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung des Betriebs Coaching des SAP MDG Anwendungsmanagementteams sowie Beratung des ERP Managements in Themenstellungen des Anwendungsmanagements Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit mind. 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Data Quality Management/ Verbesserung der Daten- sowie Prozessqualität Erfahrung im Bereich Application Management und in der Optimierung des Anwendungssupports Erfahrungen als SAP MDG Lead Berater und als Experte im Bereich Daten- sowie Prozessqualitätsverbesserung Fachliche Führungserfahrung und im Management von Projekten bzw.
