With Douglas Marketing Solutions, we revolutionizehow brands connect with their customers through data-drivenadvertising at the digital point of sale. Leveraging extensivefirst-party data, we deliver highly targeted campaigns that engagecustomers throughout their purchasing journey—whether online, viamobile apps, or in-store. Our approach integrates cutting-edgetechnologies such as Data Management Platforms (DMPs) andprogrammatic advertising with deep market insights, offeringcustomized solutions for maximum advertising impact. This creates apowerful ecosystem where both brands and consumers benefit,fostering long-term partnerships and sustainablegrowth.
Team Leadership &Development
- Lead andinspire 3 Team Leads and their cross-functional teams to deliverexcellent retail media campaigns andinitiatives.
- Foster a high-performing,collaborative culture through coaching and upskilling team membersin retail media best practices.
- Implement astrong talent development strategy to support individual growth andsuccessionplanning.
BusinessStrategy &Reporting
- Develop andexecute a comprehensive retail media growth strategy focused onrevenue expansion, client retention, and operationalexcellence.
- Create dynamic management reportsand presentations that enable informed decision-making based onKPIs.
Sales &BusinessDevelopment
- Developrevenue growth strategies across 9 EU markets through upselling,cross-selling, and new clientacquisitions.
- Promote innovative retail mediasolutions, including data collaborations and digital adinnovations, to drive businessgrowth.
Client Strategy& MediaStrategy
- Oversee ClientServices to ensure excellent customer service and long-termpartnerships.
- Further develop data-drivenretail media strategies to maximize client ROI and incorporateindustrytrends.
CampaignManagement
- Oversee theend-to-end campaign management process in collaboration with theTeam Lead Digital Activation, using data-driven optimizations toenhanceefficiency.
CollaborativeStakeholderEngagement
- Collaboratewith external partners and internal teams to scale the back-officearchitecture through automation and self-servicecapabilities.
- Represent Douglas MarketingSolutions at industry events, fostering business developmentopportunities.
- At least 8 years ofexperience in revenue-generating organizations, ideally in sales or(online) marketing.
- Expert understanding of theretail data marketing ecosystem, including DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, andprogrammatic buying processes.
- Hands-onexperience in retail media or digital advertising, preferably onthe publisher side.
- Fluent in German andEnglish with excellent communication and negotiationskills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented approach withthe ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.
