Key Responsibilities

  • Define the technology strategy: Align technological innovation with business goals to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
  • Oversee platform development: Lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions (SaaS and On-Premise) with a focus on scalability, security, and user experience.
  • Team leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Drive global expansion: Play a key role in the launch and operationalization of future U.S. offices, facilitating strategic transitions.
  • Continuous innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, adopt best practices in the AI sector, and ensure the company remains a technology leader.
  • Customer collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience: At least 3 years in a leadership role in technology, preferably within SaaS or On-Premise organizations.
  • Advanced technical skills: Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Explainability AI, cloud computing.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel: Frequent international travel is required, with an active role in global expansion efforts.
  • Educational background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees (Master's, PhD) are a plus.
