(Senior) Associate Structured Finance

- Akquisition und Beratung von Unternehmen in Übernahmesituationen, insbesondere im Bereich Working Capital Finanzierungen (Factoring und Cross Border).
- Betreuung von Private Equity-Investoren und deren Portfoliounternehmen sowie Begleitung von Finanzierungsfragen mit Leveraged Finance Banken und Financial Advisors.
- Erstellung individueller Finanzierungskonzepte für das Umlaufvermögen, unter Berücksichtigung von lokalen und prozessualen Besonderheiten, inklusive Term Sheets und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
- Mitarbeit in Deal-Teams mit eigenverantwortlicher Übernahme von Prozessschritten von der Erstansprache bis zur Auszahlung.
- Ausbau und Pflege des Netzwerks zu Private Equity-Investoren und Unternehmen.
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums oder ein vergleichbarer Hintergrund.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Factoring, M&A, Corporate Finance oder Kreditversicherung.
- Kommunikationsstarke und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Reisebereitschaft.
- Strategisches Denken sowie lösungsorientiertes Handeln.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
