Job Description

Join our fantastic Human Resources team in Berlin and become our new Talent Acquisition Partner.

Join us on our mission to make Avaloq the number ONE employer of choice and make our HR / Talent Acquisition team more diverse, more enriched, more creative and more YOU. This role will give you a great mix of responsibilities from candidate management and active sourcing to running projects and offering recruitment business partnership.

Your key tasks:

  • Win the best talent for Avaloq – even go the extra mile to find them
  • Provide the best experience for our candidates
  • Collaborate with our hiring managers – guide, support, explain, understand, challenge them
  • Ideate, implement, and try out. Don’t be afraid to kill your prototype (speaking in terms of new recruiting concepts and strategies)
  • Show us where we can improve. Engage in Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong proven track record of hands-on recruitment including active sourcing and candidate pipelining.
  • Take a key role in local and global Talent and HR projects.
  • A fast thinker and someone who’s keen & committed to take on challenges, projects and initiatives
  • Work with the global team to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Must have full professional fluency in English and German

You will get extra points for the following

  • Prior experience recruiting in the Technology or banking sectors
  • Experience of using SmartRecruiters ATS
  • Experience of coming up with creative ways to increase the diversity of applicants.
