Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €50,000 – €75,000 + packageWe are representing a leading international main contractor renowned for delivering high-value Data Centre and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued growth in their German operations, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Frankfurt.This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of Europe’s most technically advanced construction projects, supporting the full commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to final account.Key Responsibilities:Manage the commercial and contractual elements of large-scale data centre and mission critical projects.Prepare cost plans, valuations, and project forecasts.Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payment processes.Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations to ensure financial performance.Provide regular commercial reports to senior management and project teams.Support the development of value engineering opportunities and risk management strategies.Work collaboratively with project managers, planners, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience as a QS within construction, ideally on data centre, industrial, or large-scale technical projects.Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English (German advantageous but not essential).EU work rights or existing right to work in Germany.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary between €50,000 – €75,000 + full package (travel, accommodation, allowances, etc.)Opportunity to work with one of Europe’s leading contractors in the data centre and mission critical sector.Long-term career growth within an expanding international business.Exposure to complex, high-value construction projects in a thriving market.If you’re a commercially driven professional looking to build your career in the European data centre market, we’d love to hear from you.
